This cozy, family cottage is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including air conditioning for those hot summer days and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly winter evenings. Comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms complete with Master balcony overlooking the lake for enjoying that perfect morning coffee. 

The spacious 150 ft of lakefront is yours to enjoy and relax at during a warm, summer breeze or just sitting, listen to the cry of the loons from your Muskoka chair on the large deck running the full width of the cottage. Waterside hammock is also perfect for that mid-afternoon siesta. The large lawn is great family fun for Badminton, Volleyball or Bocce ball. The NEW shoreline and SANDY BEACH with gentle entry and sand bottom is perfect for young families to enjoy! Private dock is great for the older kids for swimming, boating and fishing. Many trails and near by parks to enjoy nature walks.

All the amenities you need are just short 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive into town.

You can relax and watch the pleasure boats go by while enjoying the great food at the Main Street Landing Restaurant from the patio or maybe an ice cream cone from our local Ice Cream shop. Pizza Alloro, LCBO, Foodland, Home Hardware, and the Cody Restaurant are also all right in town.
